Update

December 16th was my grandma Janice's Birthday. We all went to dinner on the 15th and when she came home she found the present that my Dad, Mom, Hily, David, Jess and I gave her. It was a new flat screen TV. She loves to watch TV and she has had her little 19 inch TV since I can remember. HAPPY BIRTHDAY GRANDMA! WE LOVE YOU!

We have also been decorating the house and doing a lot of Christmas shopping. This is a picture of Roman and me. I put him in the Santa hat at my moms house. He looked so cute we had to take a picture.

The first week of December we got together with my family and our friends the Palmers and decorated gingerbread houses. We had a lot of fun and I think they all turned out great.

My sister and brother- in-law cheated and bought a kit but it turned out really cute.

Halloween and Family Pictures

On Sunday we went up the canyon and took some family pictures. By the time we got up there it was getting dark and cold so we didn't have a chance to take very many. We will have to try again and see if we can get some better ones.






On Halloween we had a party at our house. Everyone dressed up, we ate dinner, went out and showed off our costumes, and finished of the night by watching the movie Joy Ride. Here are some pictures.

We have grass!

This weekend we put sod in our front yard! I am so excited to have grass! This is a picture of our front yard. I think it makes it look so different.

We had so much help laying the sod and getting ready. My dad came over on Thursday and helped us rake up all the rocks in our front yard and get all the dirt smoothed out. I have the best dad ever! We also had a whole bunch of our friend come over and help us lay the sod. Justin, Mary, Jake, Matt, Bryan,Carson, Jess, and I all worked hard to get the sod down. Thanks again everyone!


Max was so excited to get grass.The minute we put the first piece down he was rolling around on it. We could not get him off of it.

Also Stephen and Chelsea got married this weekend. Congrats you guys!

Inside Pictures

Here are a few pictures I took of the inside of the house. I haven't really got around to decorating everything yet so most of the walls are still empty. It is a work in progress but I am having a lot of fun shopping for new things and moving the decorations around.

Boating, Birthday, and New House

The last few week have been so busy. We finished up on our house and we have spent most of our time trying to move in. My family and our friends the Palmers came and helped us move our stuff into the house. They were all such a big help! We have almost got everything put away but I haven't decided how I am going to decorate. I will post some pictures of the inside later. Here is a picture of our house.

We also celebrated Jess' 24th birthday. Below is a picture of Jess looking at his birthday present from me. He got a TV for the new house. We have wanted a new TV for a long time and so I decided to get him one for his birthday.

That day also happened to be Labor day so his family came up and we all went boating. We had a fun time surfing, wakeboarding, and riding on the tube.

New House

A little over a month ago we sold our house and have been working hard on our new one. We are really excited to move into our house in the middle of next month. It has been really fun picking out all of the colors, rock, appliances, etc. This is the only picture I have of the house right now. The rock is already on the house and the garage door is up. They started to install the cabinets on Friday. We had a whole bunch of help painting the house from our family and friends which helped us so much. We could not have done it without them. I will take more picture and post them later.

We had some fun with the extra plastic wrap after we were done painting. This is what happens when you work late at night.

Anniversary, Long Beach, & 50th Birthday

Jess and I celebrated our 3 year anniversary on August 4th. Jess surprised me by taking me to the Anniversary Inn. Jess is the best husband in the world! These past 3 years have been great! I love you Jess!

Brain, Stacey, Jess, and I went on a trip to Long Beach California on August 5. It was so good to be able to get away and we had a lot of fun. While in California we went to Six Flags Magic Mountain. There were some crazy rides at Six Flags. We all liked the X2 ride the best. These were the biggest roller coasters that any of us had ever been on.

On Saturday we went to Huntington beach and spent the day playing in the water. The weather was great and we had tons of fun relaxing and playing in the water.

The waves were really big which made boogie boarding a lot of fun.

We saw this outhouse on the freeway in California. We thought the toilet paper was a nice touch.

On August 10th my mom celebrated her 50th birthday. We started out the day by going to the Beehive Grill for lunch. That night had told her that we were going to eat at Chilies for her birthday but really we had planned a surprise party for her. We had the party in her front yard and we cooked hamburgers and hot dog. We also made a movie of her first fifty years. The whole party turned out great and she was surprised.
