Spring Break

This year over spring break we drove to St.George with Jess' parents. Boston did so good. I was a little worried that he wouldn't handle the drive very well but he was such a trooper. Boston is so happy! We left on Monday morning and we stayed until Thursday. When we got to St. George on Monday afternoon we check into the Crystal Inn and then headed out to do some shopping.
On Tuesday we drove to Zions National Park. I had never been inside the park before. We drove around and looked at the sights. We did a little walking around but we didn't go on any major hikes.

When we got back to the hotel we decided to take Boston swimming. He loves anything to do with water so we were certain he would like swimming. The weather was really nice and the pool was heated. Boston loved it! We had a hard time getting him out. He would splash, kick and just laugh. We are going to have to go swimming a lot this summer!

On Wednesday we got up and decided to do a little shopping at the mall. After we shopped went back to the hotel to relax and play by the pool. Boston was so cute today. He played so hard he got out, took a 30 minute power nap, and then he wanted to get right back in and play.





Thursday was our last day their. We just woke up and got ready to head home. Before we left we stopped by Lowes and bought a real palm tree to bring home. I have always wanted on but we don't exactly live in the best place to grow them. We bought one that will withstand the cold a little better and Jess is planting it in a big pot with wheels on the bottom so we can put it inside the garage when it gets really cold.
