We started off the morning with an Easter Egg hunt in our back yard. We had my family over and some of my sisters nieces.
Boston wasn't so sure what theses eggs were for.
The whole group of hunters. Roman was so funny this year. He ran all over the yard yelling "I found another one guys!"
Boston was wondering why everybody was eating candy but him.
Next we went to Old Main Hill to roll Easter eggs with Jess' Family. This is a tradition they do every year.
That night my parents took us out to Chilis for a birthday dinner. After that Jess' family joined us at out house and we had ice cream and cake. Jess made my birthday cupcake and I think he did a great job!
On Easter Sunday we got up a looked at our baskets from the Easter bunny before church. Boston got some treats, some books, a new hat, and some clothes.
This is one of my very favorite pictures. He loved seeing all those puffs in this basket.
I took these 6 month pictures of Boston right before church on Easter Sunday. He looks so grown up in this new sweater and tie. Boston's cute little personality is really starting to show. He such a happy little boy. He has such a big smile and a cute laugh. Boston has a pretty deep voice but he can defiantly squeal loud. Boston can roll over both ways, sit up, and he makes noise all the time. He has a lot to "say". He does say the mamamama sound all the time which I love. Jess is always trying to make him say dada. He loves eating all the new foods he gets to try. I love that when I pick him up the grabs my face and gives me big kisses on the cheek.
Oh my gosh! He is SO stinking adorable! He is growing up WAY too fast though. You've got to stop that :)
